Due to seasonality/supply chain issues, certain flowers are hard to get. We may need to substitute certain flowers/colors, but will always substitute with equal or higher quality flowers.

My experience was extremely positive. I ordered online which was very easy. I then had to call the store because I learned that the person I was sending the arrangement to might be discharged from the hospital that same day. Rob was very accommodating, he offered to call the hospital to see if it would be sent to the room in time and offered to change the delivery address if need be. He even called me back to let me know what was happening! The beautiful, full arrangement that looked just like the picture was delivered quickly. Great service and professionalism. Thank you!
